BeBe Tailor is a leading competitor in bespoke tailoring in Vietnam producing quality service for more than 18 years with over 70,000+ customers and counting. With growing market share and multiplying branches, BeBe started to have problems in order management and tracking due to traditional pens and paper system. Specific problems that occurred:
- Losing records of return clients needing to re-measure
- Increasing waste fabrics due to unclear and handwritten cutting measurements
- Difficulty in tracking order queues for factory workers
- Garments not prepared beforehand or representative isn’t present whenever clients come over for fitting due to forgotten fitting schedules
- Customers’ hotel transfers are not kept thus deliveries sometimes go wrong
